Just finished my first summer semester at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, it's different from my first degree as I found that I have NO time to work out or get to the grocery store. So I end up eating high-sodium, high-calorie and high-fat food. Before I moved to Maryland, I had ran my first 8K in April and am trying to get back to that level so I can run a 10K or more. My biggest challenge with food is that I love to eat and drink. I don't portion control like I should because I enjoy food so much. After a week of eating out-while I entertained guests-I need to get back to good habits. Always looking for great advice!!!
