Over the past 2 years I've been struggling to lose and maintain weight. I started my weight loss when I was 14 at 145 and ended up at 122 but completely unhappy, I defiantly believe I had a eating disorder. Over the next half year I started to gain a lot of the weight back, just not the same way. It included a lot of muscle but, of course, fat to ending up back at 141. Since then I'm back down to 135 and hope to lose 20 more pounds! :)
