About Me
I exercise everyday (sometimes I have very early work duties that may interfere) alternating running and weight training. I'm an AM trainer since it is easier for me to do it first. I run a little more than 5 miles three to 4 days a week, with sometimes a longer run on weekends. I alternate with weight training. I watch what I eat--I like to bump around 145 up or down a pound or two. Weight training follows a plan, alternating fat loss and muscle building. I'm a zen buddhist and meditate generally once a week with the sangha and twice a week at home--I have a goal of meditating daily.
