I have struggled with weight all my adult life. I finally got really sick of it when I turned 35-ish and decided to do something about it. I lost 40 lbs. on LA Weightloss and was happy. However, just when I was in the groove of liking to workout...I discovered (through a painful 3 week episode after a run in cold weather) that I have Arthritis of the Tailbone (Degenerative Disc Disease, to be exact). I can't exercise like I once did and my energy level took a tumble. I have tried hard to maintain what I had. I have gained back the weight but I am in much better shape than I was at this weight before. I am very energetic (volleyball, tennis, bootcamp, coaching, running, weights, etc.). I am trying to lose weight again, but I have to find where my body is happy and go from there. This website is keeping me accountable!!!! Any advice that anyone can give will be much appreciated. I have great motivation and energy, but I lack the willpower when it comes to food.
