“DIdn't post here on Tuesday ... a hectic day after a wonderfully-hectic-full-of-visiting-family-holiday weekend! But the good news for me was NOÂ UPTICK! Weighed less (by half a #) on Tuesday morning than the previous Friday! For me, that's fantastic! Was it the diligence about food choices/portion control? Was it being really active? I don't know... I just know this is quite the rare event in my life and I'm so tickled about it! I CAN get through a holiday without a gain!
