I am a fairly active person. I love challenges. I have always had a problem with my weight. I can lose 60 pounds and gain it right back plus some. I love group challenges and working out with people. I am definitely someone who cannot do it by myself. I have been happily married for almost 22 years. I am 40 years old. I don't want to be huge in 30-40 years like I see so much of in the nursing home. This is one of my motivations to lose weight. Another is I want to look good for me when I look in the mirror as well as for my husband.
