I'm turning 45 this week and am HOPING that means I'm over the hill, as I really don't think I want to live to be more than 90! I've been married (a.k.a. "in a relationship") for 24 years, have three daughters, a dog, two cats, a rabbit, and two rats living at my house, and a Scottish kid who drops in every now and then.... forget his name..... *scratches head*

I love my honey and I love my girls and I like my life.

I'm a conservative but not a knee-jerk one. My experience is that conservative principles simply WORK BETTER, for the most part. I have the occasional liberal moment, though, and a fairly wide libertarian streak. I'm a Christian, but I'm not a conventional "conservative Christian" (although I know many, perhaps even most, will stick me in that box immediately without ever thinking past the obvious. Their loss.) Think of me rather as someone who tries to live the "WWJD" thing, wherever it leads. And it leads to some rather unpredictable places at times.

I overanalyze everything, but I have fun doing it, which is just as well, because a brain isn't something you can just turn off.
