About Me
Short Term Goal: I will be down to 170 lbs by the October 15th. I've done it before, I can do it again! I know that I can do it! Size 13 here I come!

Long Term Goal: I will weigh 135 pounds or less and be a size 7/8 by 23 March 2010 (6 months from my start on 23 September 2010 at 177.4 lbs, size 14)

Info and Goal: After having my 2nd healthy baby girl on the 4th of May 2009, I gained a total of about 40 lbs and came home 10 lbs lighter, but then gained 10 lbs back and forth since then. So now I have 40 lbs to go to get back to my original weight. I also plan to get into better physical shape this time as my husband got me an eliptical trainer (per my request) as my "push present" :) I've never been an "exerciser" so this will be a new challenge for me.

PrePregnancy Weight: 135

My Goals:

10th Goal: 170 lbs by 15 Oct.

9th Goal: 140 lbs by TDP Anniversary, 24 July 2008. My second "Long Term Goal." (Achieved 15 August 2008) Wow. I'm speechless. It has really taken determination and resolve to get here...I didn't make it by my anniversary but here I am. I am in awe, I know that might sound egotistical, but I just can't believe I did it. This is honestly in the top 2 greatest accomplishments of my life (next to graduating from Basic Training.) It really goes to prove that if you truely set your mind to something you can do it!!!

8th Goal: To be 150 lbs by 15 May 2008. My initial "Long Term Goal" (Achieved 4 June 2008) OMG I can not believe that I have made it here. This was my original 'Finish Line' that I changed a couple of months into this process. Wow, I haven't seen a the 140's on the scale since I was in High School! Only 9.8 lbs to go to MY FINAL GOAL - THEN IT'S ALL ABOUT MAINTENANCE! Yay! Go Me!

7th Goal: To be in the "Normal" BMI catagory, 164 lbs (Achieved 23 March 2008). I feel very glad to be here, but it is bitter-sweet because I have been so ill for the last few days. But, this is my biggest milestone to date, so you better believe I'll be celebrating when I'm feeling better!

6th Goal: To Lose a Total of 50 lbs by 1 March 2008. (Achieved 22 February 2008) I can not believe that I have actually reached this milestone. This is such a big deal to me! I am so happy and proud of myself! Only 6 lbs to lose to reach a normal BMI. Only 20 - 30 more lbs to go to reach my final goal!

5th Goal: To weigh less than my husband by 1 February 2008. (Achieved 2 February 2008) Wow, I don't know if I have EVER weighed less than my husband! Maybe for a brief while when we first met, but I doubt it even then! Yay! I am SO happy and SO proud of myself! (I'm sure that my breast reduction helped me get here, but hey I'm here!) Only 10.5 lbs away from "Normal" BMI!

4th Goal: Half way to my "Final Goal" (Achieved 12 December 2007) 185 lbs. Oh My God! I can't believe I did it! 35 pounds! I am so happy! I'm half way done and I'm only 21 lbs away from a "Normal" BMI!

No Longer in the "Obese" BMI Catagory (Achieved 6 October 2007) 196.5 lbs, , now in the "Overweight" Catagory! Yay!

2nd Goal:
199.5 lbs by 15 September 2007 (Achieved 11 September 2007) Yay! I haven't been under 200 in probably 2 1/2 years. Hooray I'm in "ONEderland"!

1st Goal: Prepregnancy Weight 208 lbs
(Achieved 18 Aug 07) God, it feels good to be my prepregnancy weight. It's been almost 2 years, but I'm on my way!

Starting 220 lbs (24 July 2007)
I am obese. I've never been "healthy" and have never eaten that way, so this is a very different experience for me. I'm a food addict and an emotional eater. I just keep getting heavier and heavier and I can't take it anymore. I hate exercise and dieting, but I have to make some changes because I really don't feel good about myself. I know that I can do this!
