About Me
I am 5ft 8in and have a goal weight of 140lbs. After my daughter was born I lost 75lbs in 2 years by walking and the atkins diet. After a turbulent 2.5 years in my personal life I have put back on over 30lbs. Now I am trying to take back my life and start fresh. Hopefully this year I can drop the weight.
