I enjoy my kids, grandkids, traveling, sailing, cooking, walking, biking, reading, knitting and cross-stitch.(among other things) I love my life but know that I would enjoy all my activities more if I lose weight. I want a long term fix so hope that by improving my diet and exercising more I can
eventually lose 25#s. I look forward to interacting with Livestrong for motivation and knowledge on this journey!
