About Me

Let me introduce myself, my name is Susy Sedano and I am the Senior Community Manager for LIVESTRONG.com.
I grew up in Manhattan Beach California, and have always been health and fitness focused. Running, swimming, biking, tennis you name it I am super active.

I found my way to LIVESTRONG by chance. I had been working in post production for 10 years, and needed a break. I left the entertainment world for a new experience; I started a dog walking business!
It was great! I was outside, hiking, running, and loving all the animals. One day I noticed I was talking out loud to myself way more than I ever had in the past... I realized I needed to get back into world of people, of daily human interaction, and conversation.

As it turns out a recruiter from Demand Media (our parent company) found my resume, gave me a call and the rest as they say is history.
When I learned that this was an opportunity to work for LIVESTRONG.com I made that my goal.
I bring with me my healthy eating tips and recipes, my passion for fitness and my love for helping people get healthy.
