I quit drinking years ago and in April of 2011 finally let go of the cigarettes. I have gained weight and would like to create a healthier life style in food consumption and physical activity. There are a variety of things like running and yoga that I am not able to do very well any more. I also FEEL too old for my young age (early thirties). There are also things I want to try like spinning and rock climbing, but my confidence is entirely too low as my current ability is almost zip, zilch, zero. So, I found the My Quit Coach fellowship helped with leaving cigs and am hoping this will help with the rest of my lifestyle.
