I'm a graphic designer, Illustrator for a newspaper
I caught a virus that went into my heart and enlarged it I'm on a ton of meds some of them increase weight gain which I'm trying to control with eating right and regular exercise. I'm married with three children.My daughter is married and is a 3rd grade teacher living in Northern California(to an ex San Francisco baseball player we're Dodger fans in Southern Cal) also have twin boys who are on college baseball scholarships at UCLA and Georgia. My wife is a Chief Clinical Dietition at a hospital She always had the answers but I never asked her the questions she's helping me now I'm sure she can help you too just ask me.
