About Me
Update:Hovering around 200lbs. Could stand to lose 5-10 more pounds but very happy with where I am at. May 1 was my 1 year anniversay of losing weight. I also started training for an Olympic Triathlon--1 mile swim, about a 25mile bike, followed by a 6.2mile run.

Started out at 285 lbs. Goal is 220 lbs. Down 36 lbs(239 lbs July 23, 2010)
Sept. 17 update--down to approx. 222 lbs. Resetting goal to 210lbs then will re evaluate again. Can't see going much past that but ya never know! Hoping to be there by the end of October!
Oct.8, slowing down but still going. Sitting at 218! Only 8 pounds to go, then will revaluate my goals. I don't think it will be much more if any. I may just slow down the weight loss when I get there to a snails pace. Time will tell! Update: March 9. Hovering around 205lbs. Working on some building up some muscle and decreasing body fat percentage. Hope to the two meet somewhere in the middle, about 190-195!
