I'm 21 years old and over the past few months I have lost 20 pounds. For a short period of time I lost my motivation to live a healthy life, and it definitely showed. I am extremely proud of my accomplishments thus far, and I have 5 pounds to lose before I am at my goal weight of 155. Honestly though, I'm not too focused on the numbers. I am loving my body and I feel incredible. I can't believe I ever let myself slip! :D I love to motivate others around me to live healthy as well!
