To start off, in high school I was always involved in a sport. A tri-sport athlete all four years, I could eat whatever I want and never have to worry about my weight. Then I got into college, and within the first month I had already gained my freshman 15 lb's. Ever since, I've been struggling with my weight and really upset with myself, so I joined this place for tips and motivation. I'm open to any great diet or exercise tips, so anything you have to share, please do!
