“I know this is an issue for a lot of people on here as it was for me. My job has me walking around and sometimes running around all day, I do not sit down until I get in my car to get home. I recently bought a body bugg to see how many calories I was actually burning throughout the day. It turns out I burn anywhere from 2600-3400 calories on a work day (including my workout) and about 2500 calories on a non work day (including my workout). Which means I need to eat between 1500-2400 calories, and I was only eating strictly 1500 calories. As soon as I started eating an average of 1900 calories a day BAM!-! I started losing 2+ pounds per week! So just a heads up, if you continuously can't lose weight, try eating more for a few weeks and see what happens... but with that eating more, it has to be good for you healthy calories! =]”
