Time to update the profile: I'm 43 now, and have 4 children of which only 1 left at home (16 year old son). The other 3 were girls so he's a breeze compared to them!. I'm a grandma of 6 soon to be 7 (but dont feel nor look/act like it) I work full time at an office job as well as another partime home base business. I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds which crept up on me about 3 years ago - I blame it on stress. I want/need to get back in shape and eat right. I'm hoping by logging my meals and workouts it will help me do that.
