About Me
I have had three surgeries in the past 4 years, including a fusion of my lower back in December. I have gained 30 lbs in seminary school, and I was already 20 lbs overweight. On vacation in Kauai this past week, I was embarrassed by how I look, and I was mortified when my weight was taken for a helicopter ride. No More! The time is NOW!
