About Me
Lance Armstrong has been working with his personal coach, Chris Carmichael, since 1990 and coach/physiologist Dean Golich since the early 90s when Dean and Chris worked at USA Cycling. Following Lance's first Tour de France victory, Chris founded Carmichael Training Systems, where Dean works as a Premier Coach and sports scientist. CTS is working with Livestrong.com to deliver behind-the-scenes updates from Chris and an inside look into the sports science behind Lance's training.
