    “Hi out there! I am using the couch to 5K program to ease back into running after PT for a hip injury. I am excited to find this group because I just ran my first uninterrupted mile in almost a year! I am hoping to run in a 5K or 10K within the next few months. I am not sure how to guess when I might be ready. I should probably wait until I have done the run to register, but I don't want to wait too late and miss all of the summer runs. Does anyone know how soon before an even its registration closes? Or do they tend to cut-off participation at a certain level?”
