I started on a journey in September 2009 to regain my health and rediscover the fit athletic person that was hiding inside me! I'd just had ACL reconstruction and between the muscle atrophy post-surgery and my extra 25 lbs on my petite 5'2" frame, it was jsut time to get real and get heathy! I have come along way in 14 months, made some amazing new friends along the way and discovered a true passion for nutrition that i never i knew i had!
