    “I am trying to find new activities that will keep me active. Last week I did a Zumba class. Today I did a water arobics class. Both were so fun and the hour went by so fast. I'm so excited to keep seeing what is out there! Gotta keep changing up the physical activity for me to stay interested. I have tredmill, elliptical, walking, rollerblading, DVDs, Zumba, and now water arobics. I think that this will be good for a while but I want to look into some yoga and maybe a spinning class. I am so much more confident in myself than before. A year ago I would never have just gone to a class alone to try it out. Now I can't wait to see what else is out there!”

    “I have about 1300 cal a day and usually have no problem staying there but I would like to play with my ratios a bit. I tend to eat 60-70% carbs. This is far from what seems recomended. Most of the carbs are natural sugars from fruit, sweeter veggies like baby carrots and sweet potato, and Fiber One Cereal. I would like to focus on converting some calories from carbs to protien first as I'm only at about 10% protien coming from pudding-I guess the milk used to make it and tuna. I fear that if I add protien I will have to alot to many cal to that and feel deprived. I have heard that protien makes you feel fuller longer but I have really been about low density cal so I can have a larger volume to feel full. Do you have any ideas to add some protien into my day? I do tend to eat the same throughout the week so even a few swaps would prob have a good impact. Thanks for any help:) ”
