25 year old female. I've been down the weight loss path before, lost weight, looked great, felt great. And then I met my better half and I let myself go back down the old path of comfort and ended up over weight. I'm tired of losing and gaining- I want to lose and maintain. I've started going to the gym again religiously this year- When I first started my weight loss journey in March 2009, I weighed 250.8lbs- I am currently down to 208lbs and counting. I want to be down to 145lbs. I want to be able to go to the beach and not be embarressed, or feel extra confident when I put on that little black dress.
