I'm a 30-something mother of two. My weight tends to yo-yo depending on my current stress levels and relationship status. I've been in a relationship for over a year now in which my boyfriend and I have both gained. I'm now at my top non-baby weight. Everyone else around me is dropping the weight and I need to get on that wagon. I want to be healthy and lead an active life. I also do NOT want to have another 'fat' summer.
