Bit of a shy guy at first until you get to know me.
I like outdoors stuff like hiking and camping and biking.
Was always considered a bit of a recluse growing up and keep to myself a lot. I guess if you do it, it's easy to be considered such. More of a thinker than an athletic type.
Never really been one to exercise too much. I've lost some weight on my own through eating better but still have that punchy middle I would love to lose. Not being much for "hard core exercise", need some solid advise on how flatten the stomach.
