I'm joining this community because I've tried everything else to lose weight and now it's time to hold myself accountable. I think that being honest about how I eat is the only path to reaching my healthy weight, and my own satisfaction with that is the best motivator to stick to it. Plus, going online everyday and seeing how everyone is supporting everyone else is a rewarding way to stick with the program, rather than beating myself up for my mistakes.
Into exercise and anything that takes me outdoors and into the sun, even though deep down I am a very lazy girl, which has brought me to my weight battle. I don't mind sweating and working hard, but I get bored easily so it's tough to stick to routines. Maybe one day I'll hunker down and do a triathlon or something. What doesn't kill me might make me stronger.
