Heat oven to 350F Spray 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
Cook Lasagna noodles.
Spray skillet and heat chicken cut in cubes over medium heat until browned.
Add carrots and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes, add green beans, Alfredo sauce and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and green beans are crisp.
Combine Ricotta cheese and ham and mix well.
Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture evenly in bottom of dish. Top w/ 3 noodles, drop 1/2 of ricotta mixture over noodles and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer 3 noodles, 2 cups chicken mixture and 3 noodles and remaining ricotta and 1/2 cup mozzarella chicken mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes
