Almond meal pancakes with cinnamon

Primal eating,almond meal pancakes :) Pretty tasty. I top mine with plain blueberries
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Just Almond Meal
- 2 egg
- 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
- 1 tbsp Pure Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk - Unsweetened
- 1/2 oz Walnuts, Chopped
Directions
Mix almond meal, cinnamon, baking powder and flax seed, add eggs almond milk and oil,stir in walnuts mix well. drop on hot griddle that has been buttered. you can use coconut oil instead of olive oil. I only had olive oil at the time. cook til golden brown, they will not bubble
