Almond Meal Quick Bread

High Altitude Edition of this low carb bread.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Meal
- 4 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend well.
Pour into a small bread pan (about 1/2 to 2/3 full).
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean. Bread will be slightly browned on top.
Slice and serve. Bread is very moist.
