Almost Raw Sesame Tabbouleh LettuceWraps

Easy Peasy Tabouli Wrap Recipe using Sesame Oil and Rice Vinegar
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bulgar Wheat, Uncooked
- 1 servings Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2/3 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1/4 cup Sesame Oil (loriva Brand, Toasted)
- 3 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Goya Sazon Con Azafran Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce
Directions
Pour Bulgar Wheat into a large mixing bowl and cover with 2 cups of water and let soak for 15 min. Drain off minimal excess and stir in salt, sesame oil. Add Sazon Goya to already chopped veggies and transfer into Bulgar Wheat Mixture and stir. Add in Alfalfa Sprouts and Rice Vinegar. Let chill for 15 min. Tear Romain Lettuce leaves and lay around the plate and add Tabbouleh mixture in the middle. Scoop mixture onto lettuce leaves to make wraps. Fold and enjoy!
