Amish Breakfast casserole

A delicious breakfast casserole with lots of bacon and sausage :]
Ingredients
- 1/2 Caramelized Onions
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
- 2 cups Maple Breakfast Sausage
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 8 Eggs
- 8 cups Hash Browns
Directions
Crisp the bacon and sausage, and set aside. Chop 1/2 an onion and put it in the bacon grease to sautee. Preheat oven to 350. Mix 8 cups thawed hashbrowns with cottage cheese, bacon, eggs, cheese, onion in a large bowl. put in a pan and bake on 350 for 30- 45 minutes.
