Amish Potato Soup

Thin Amish style potato soup
Ingredients
- 5 average potato
- 1/2 cup Celery (raw)
- 1/2 cup Carrot, Raw
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 1 tbsp Pepper, Black
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
Directions
Cube potatoes and cook in chicken broth
Cook celery, carrot, onion, and garlic in skillet with butter then add to potato
Add half and half and heat until warm (don't boil)Mash a few potatoes to thicken soup.
Serve with cayenne pepper or paprika on the top.
