Andrea's Greek Orzo Salad

Orzo pasta mixed with greek salad dressing, diced cucumber, black olives, artichokes, feta cheese & tomatoes. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 6 oz Orzo Pasta
- 3 oz Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 120 g Large Pitted Black Olives
- 1 1/2 cups Cucumber
- 1 cup Quartered Artichoke Hearts
- 248 g Plum Tomato
- 8 tbsp Gazebo Room Lite Greek Salad Dressing
Directions
Cook orzo, drain, cool, sit aside. Dice up cucumber, black olives, feta cheese, artichoke hearts and tomato to approx all the same size. Pour 1/2 cup of greek dressing over orzo, add in all veggies. Mix well, refrigerate and ENJOY!
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings.
