Andrew's Saturday Morning Omelet

Just the omelet i made for me and my wife today.
Ingredients
- 2 All Natural Eggs
- 2 1/2 strips Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 tbsp Onions
- 1/2 slice Pepper Jack Singles
- 1/2 tbsp Chunky Salsa
Directions
cut up the onion
cut up the bell peppers
mix the egg in a bowl
you need a small skillet and a large skillet, spray them both with no nutritional value (don't waste your calories on butter)(also, make sure the bottom of the small skillet is clean)
pour the egg into a large skillet and cook at a low/med heat
pour the onion into a small skillet on high heat stir often until golden brown
put the cheese onto the omelet once the bottom is white and hard
put the bell peppers and onions into the omelet
use a spoon to spread the salsa around the omelet
turn up the heat on the omelet
flip half the omelet over the other half like a quesadilla
place the small skillet on top of the omelet in the large skillet, make sure the bottom is clean!
cook until the middle of the omelet is ready
