Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Skim Milk
- 1 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed (whole)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and mix to desired consistency. Can add a little water to thin.
