Angie's Homemade Beef Stew

A quick beef stew that will please everyone!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Stew Meat(bottom Round)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 14 1/2 oz No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, Dried
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 100 g Bay Leaves
- 1 cup Onions
- 312 g Carrots
- 4 medium White Potatoes
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
Directions
In a 4 quart dutch oven, brown beef in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the peas. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 30-45 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Stir in peas and heat through. Serve with crusty bread if desired.
