Angie's meringue cookies

egg white cookies, low in fat
Ingredients
- 3 large Egg White
- 1/4 tsp Cream Of Tarter
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 75 g Chocolate Chips
Directions
beat egg whites and cream of tarter until stiff peaks form. Add sugar slowly while continuing to beat (total of 7 min) Then add vinager and continue to beat. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min. turn off oven and leave door closed for one hour.
