Anna's Pasta Salad

Tasty low fat pasta salad, with more veggies than carbs!
Ingredients
- 14 oz Smart Taste Pasta
- 3 cups Yellow Squash (aldi)
- 6 floweret Cauliflower
- 2 cups Cucumber
- 3 oz Fresh Mozzarella
- 4 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo
- 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil pasta, mince veggies large and small, cut cheese into cubes, drain pasta when it's el dente, run cold water over it, and meanwhile mix mayo, seasonings of your choice, and vinegar together. Blend all ingredients and chill before serving.
