High Protein, High fiber pancakes

Ingredients

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In Blender Mix together 6 egg whites, seasoning, vanilla, and blend.
3. Then add the cottage cheese, and blend.
4. Add whole oats, blend until smooth
5. Bake in non-stick cake pan (I used 8x8) with cooking spray on the bottom to keep from sticking.
6. Bake for approximately 20-25 mins
7. Test if done when knife comes out clean
8. serve with fresh fruit, sugar free syrup.
This makes 4 servings (because I'm too lazy to stand over the stove cooking individual pancakes).

    Would make again

Don't expect buttermilk pancakes but a good change to the typical high protein breakfast options.
