Fruit and Veggie Smoothie Antioxidant High Fiber
Ingredients
Apple:- 1 serving Sugar
- 1/2 serving Cinammon, Ground
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 medium Strawberries
- 1 cup Fruit, Blackberries
- 1 cup Raspberries, Fresh
- 1 cup Mango Cubes
- 4 oz baby carrots
- 2 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Total 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (red)
- 1 cup Red Grapes W/seeds
Directions
Apple: x
Add 1 cup cold water
Add softer / juicier fruit first
Add Veggies
Add frozen items last (top of belnder)
Use frozen fruit as preferred (makes the smoothie thicker)
Add up to 1 cup of ice if no frozen fruit used
Blend (preferably with BlendTec or Vitamix style blender)
