A delicious fall treat that satisfies your cravings for sweets and carbs (and gives your body everything it needs to brave the fall weather without any 'empty calories'). Easy, healthy, delicious.

Turn on your grill.
Wash and dry your apple and cut it in to thin half rounds (the thicker you slice them, the less mushy they'll be).
Place the slices in a small bowl and add the spices.
Make sure all the slices are well coated with the spices.
Now put the apple slices on your bread and sprinkle the spices stuck in the bowl over your bread. Put the other slice of bread on top and put the sandwich in your toaster.
Set a timer and wait untill the bread gets nice dark brown marks. Now turn off your grill and fetch a plate, your tösti is ready! Cut the tosti in half with a sharp knife and enjoy!

If you need a sweeter taste, add a dollop of apple butter or syrup on top of the tösti and enjoy.
