Apple & Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 12 oz Pork Chop
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3/5 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 medium Onion, Sweet
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 tsp Brown Sugar - Golden Brown
- 1/3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 medium Braeburn Apple
- 1/4 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
Directions
Lightly grease pan with 1/4 of your coconut oil. Salt and Pepper the pork chops, add to pan and cook on both sides about 3 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add remaining 3/4 of coconut oil and to pan with sliced onions. Cook until golden. Add apple slices and cook for another 3 minutes or until browned.
Combine 1/2 cup of water with garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, sugar, rosemary, salt and pepper and slowly add to pan and bring to boil. Re-add pork to pan and lower heat to simmer for another 10 min or until pork is cooked all the way through.
