Apple and Swiss Grilled Cheese

A quick meal or snack, filled with tasty and good food.
Ingredients
- 8 slice Sprouts Multigrain Bread
- 1 medium Apples
- 17 1/2 g Red Onion Sliced 1/4
- 2 oz Light Swiss Cheese
- 1 tsp Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
Directions
Slice apples and onion very thin. Grate cheese (you should have about a cup). Layer on the bread with cheese on top and bottom beside bread (so the sandwich sticks together).
Heat oil in frying pan, add sandwiches and cover until brown and cheese has melted. Flip to brown other side.
