Home Made Stuffed Crust Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 oz Cheese, Cheddar
- 6 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 piece Reduced Fat Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Sticks
- 32 g Oscar Meyer Fully Cooked Bacon
- 1/2 cup Light Ranch
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
In large bowl, mix Bisquick, 2/3 cup hot water, and 2 tbsp olive oilwith fork until soft dough forms; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Cover; let stand 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, shred cheddar cheese, cook (I like to grill) chicken, and chop into small bits. Cook (crisp) bacon in microwave and crunch it up into small bits.
Pat or press dough in bottom and 1 inch over side of pizza pan. Cut string cheese in half lengthwise. Place string cheese along edge of dough. Fold 1-inch edge of dough over and around cheese; press to seal.
Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
Take out of oven, lightly brush with remaining olive oil. Spread Ranch over dough (not on edges). Sprinkle about 1/3 of your cheese over that, then evenly sprinkle the chicken, then bacon, then remaining cheese.
Bake an additional 12-14 minutes.
