Asian Cole Slaw Tuna Salad

Spicy asian salad with tuna, wasabi & ginger.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Classic Cole Slaw
- 1/4 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ginger Root
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 7 oz Tuna
- 1/4 cup Mayo Fat Free
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Wasabi
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic In Water
- 2 tsp Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tomatoes
- 2 oz Onions, Green
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
Directions
Prepare dressing. Mince ginger. Mix with rice vinegar, hoisin, ginger and red pepper. Allow to chill for as long as possible.
Prepare tuna salad. Mix tuna, mayo, lemon juice, wasabi, horseradish, garlic, onion & red pepper flakes in bowl. Set aside. Allow to chill for as long as possible.
Slice and chop veggies and toss with cole slaw in bowl. Toss with asian dressing mix & top with tuna salad mix.
