Asian pork and rice

Pork Tenderloin, White rice, carrots, red pepper, green onions, chicken broth and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 inch long , Carrots
- 1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 2 cups Minute White Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 lb Asian Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Green Onions
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Cut the pork tenderloin into strips. Sprinkle pampered chef asian seasoning on liberally. Heat up vegetable oil in skillet until hot. Add half of pork to skillet, cover. Let cook for 3-4 min. Turn over. Cook 2 min. Turn again until done. Set aside, keep warm. Cook the other half of the pork. Set aside. Add chopped carrots and red pepper to skillet. Cook until soft. Add 2 cups of chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add white rice. Remove from stove for five minutes or until rice is cooked. Return to stove and cook medium for 5 min or until all broth is evaporated. Add green onions and soy sauce. Add in pork and cook for a few minutes or until warm. Serve!
