Atkin's Deviled-Egg Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 2 large Hard-Boiled Egg
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
- 2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Spicy Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 7 cups Cabbage, Green
- 2 Whole Carrots
Directions
I suggest making the dressing first so that it combines well. Once that is done, thinly shred the cabbage and grate the carrot. I like my food processor for this. It makes quick work of it.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage, and toss well. Cover, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
