Aunt Pam's Chicken Tetrazinni

Great recipe for Chicken Tetrazzini. Best if electric skillet is used.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Onions, Raw, Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Chicken
- 10 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 29 oz Chicken Broth
- 10 oz Spaghetti - Uncooked
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 4 oz Canned Mushrooms
Directions
Brown onion in butter until clear. Layer spaghetti over it (all in same direction).Add cooked chicken and mushrooms. Mix together salt, pepper, soup, and broth and pour over chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer in electric skillet at 300* for about 30 minutes.
