Great Tasting Side Dish that compliments many entrees. Great dish to share at parties. Very easy to make, even for me!

Ingredients

Directions

Roma tomatoes work great, cut into halves, squeeze out excess seeds and juice, then dice into bite size pieces. Place in bowl.

Dice avacado into bite size pieces and add to bowl.

(If you you like, add Fresh Mozzerella Cheese, not included in this version of recipe.)

Delicately slice some sweet onions, be careful not to use too much so as not to overpower dish. Add to bowl

Delicately chop cilantro or basil or lemon basil and or garlic (or whatever fresh herbs you like best) and add to bowl.

Squeeze 1-2 limes and add equal amount of e.v. olive oil (I usually use about 1 TBLS). Sprinkle over salad.

Stir gently.

Season with salt and pepper as preferred.

That's IT, Enjoy!!!
